Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of SGN Seguin Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.
Services Provided
SGN Seguin Concrete provides concrete construction and repair services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, sidewalks, commercial concrete work, retaining walls, concrete leveling, steps and stairs, pool decks, and garage floor coatings. All services are provided based on the specifications agreed upon in our written estimates and contracts.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request changes to the scope of work. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. If payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms, we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is made. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Texas law.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we make every effort to complete work within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule and work with you to minimize inconvenience.
Changes to Scope of Work
If you wish to make changes to the project after work has begun, we will provide a written change order detailing the additional costs and any impact on the timeline. No changes will be made without your written approval. Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed separately.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a specified period as outlined in your contract. This warranty covers defects in our installation or materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, ground movement, or alterations made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring access to the work site and providing accurate information about underground utilities, property lines, and any restrictions or requirements. You must notify us of any known hazards or special conditions on your property. You are also responsible for maintaining the concrete according to our care instructions and any manufacturer recommendations.
Liability and Insurance
SGN Seguin Concrete is fully licensed and insured. Our insurance covers liability for accidents and property damage that may occur during the course of our work. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any costs already incurred. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Most problems can be addressed through open communication. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with Texas law and may be subject to mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGN Seguin Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
